Images to PDF

Organise receipts, notes or document photos into one PDF. Each image is centred on its own A4 page with its proportions preserved. The tool does not perform OCR or verify the contents.

Useful for

  • Combine receipts into a single file
  • Put document photos into the right order
  • Create an image-based PDF to send by email

How to use it

  1. Choose up to 20 images
  2. Move images up or down, or remove unwanted pages
  3. Check all thumbnails, then create and download the PDF

Singapore example: Organising everyday receipts

For three example receipts, sort by date and inspect the thumbnails. The downloaded PDF should contain three pages, with amounts and dates readable.

The PDF does not calculate expenses or prove eligibility for reimbursement. Preserve details that the receiving organisation needs to verify.

Things to check

  • All selected images appear as thumbnails
  • Avoid shadows and tilted document photos
  • High-resolution images can consume substantial memory
  • Reopen the PDF to check orientation and page order

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a 20-image limit?

Yes. Use Move up and Move down before creating the PDF.

Can several images share a page?

Each image has its own page in this tool.

Will images be cropped?

No. They keep their proportions and are centred, with margins where needed.
