This policy explains the handling of text, images, files and contact information when you use SG Tool Box.
Scope and contact
This policy applies to https://sukevo.com, including its English pages. SG Tool Box is responsible for its content and contact messages. For privacy enquiries, email f3909066@gmail.com. Revised 9 September 2026. External services have their own policies.
Content entered into tools
Chinese conversion, text cleanup, image processing, privacy masking, PDF creation and QR code generation run in your browser. SG Tool Box does not receive or store the text, images or files you add to these tools.
Information you choose to provide
There are currently no user accounts, comments or payment functions. Core tools do not require a name, phone number or address. If you email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you provide.
Browser memory and downloads
Working content is generally cleared on reload or when the page closes. Downloads may remain on your device or a cloud backup under your own settings. Language switching uses ordinary page links and does not send your input to an external translation service or save a language-preference cookie.
Hosting and security records
Hosting and network providers may process request times, browser details and network information to deliver pages, maintain security, troubleshoot and prevent abuse. Those records do not contain files or text that remain inside the browser tools.
Advertising and cookies
Google AdSense is not currently enabled. We do not load advertising or traffic analytics scripts. If AdSense is enabled later, third-party suppliers including Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on visits to this and other sites. Before enabling it, we will update this policy, our Cookie policy and any required consent controls.
Contact email: purposes and retention
We use your messages to reply, investigate problems, correct content and handle privacy requests. We do not sell contact lists or use them for ad targeting. We keep messages as needed for the enquiry and delete unnecessary information when no longer needed.
We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Email-provider backups, deleted-item folders and hosting security logs follow provider practices. We cannot promise immediate deletion of every provider copy.
Providers and international processing
Hosting and security providers deliver pages; our contact address uses Google Gmail. These providers may process access records or emails outside your country under their own policies. We do not send them original files processed only within the tools.
External links and QR codes
Following a source link, opening an email app or visiting a scanned QR destination takes you to a third-party service. It may receive network information when you visit. We do not control its content, cookies or retention.
Children and sensitive information
The site is not intended to collect children's information. Do not email children's identity information, bank credentials, passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents. If you send something by mistake, contact us to request deletion.
Access, correction and deletion
Tool content is not stored by us. Email f3909066@gmail.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of information in correspondence, subject to any necessary legal, security or abuse-prevention retention.
